Vin Santo is one of the great wines of the world and this is a perfect and outstanding example the justifies all the praise it receives. The wine has a color of deep caramel. It is viscous, full bodied and luscious with flavors of butterscotch honey and caramel and outstanding balance. It has en extremely complex and lingering finish which makes it a delight to drink. It can be consumed now but it is better saved for the next decade or two when it will age into a complex beauty.
